InkDeft is a translation service inquiry and delivery website, not a generic self-service translation tool. Submitting a form does not create a binding project or guarantee availability.

A project begins only after scope, language direction, delivery format, timeline, price, and other material terms are confirmed in writing.

Standard delivery is translated DOCX or Markdown / TXT and may preserve chapter headings or structure when supplied. Sample translation, chapter batches, and full manuscripts are quoted separately.

EPUB, Kindle, final PDF layout, cover design, publishing production, and publishing-grade literary editing are outside the standard scope unless separately agreed.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide manuscripts, chapters, scripts, trademarks, reference material, and other project content.

You are responsible for accurate instructions, lawful content, timely feedback, and final editorial review before publishing or distributing delivered text.

Website descriptions are general and do not establish a fixed price or delivery date. Quotes depend on word and chapter count, language direction, content type, series scope, format, and scheduling.

Changes to source text, scope, languages, chapter structure, or delivery requirements may require a revised quote and timeline.

We aim for localized wording and more consistent names, terms, titles, and tone across chapters. We do not promise publishing-grade literary translation, 100% error-free output, or commercial performance.

You are responsible for final editorial, legal, factual, and publication review. Specialized or regulated content may require separate assessment.

You retain rights in materials you provide. Rights in final deliverables are governed by the applicable quote or agreement after payment of agreed fees.

InkDeft retains rights in pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and general know-how that do not contain your confidential project content.

The website may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written project agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the website or service changes. The date above shows the latest version. Project-specific written terms take priority if they conflict with this page.
